The Intelligent Fitness program is designed to be for everyone, no matter where you are on your fitness & nutrition journey. Everyone may choose the right weights and the number of rounds in each workout to fit their fitness level & their fitness goals. If you’re ready to look better, feel better and generally improve your life – this program is for you.
The Intelligent Fitness program’s approach is designed to be highly effective, encouraging and motivating for everyone for any fitness level and for any age. Since workouts are designed to be performed anywhere and anytime to fit everyone’s life schedule, you can apply it all year long to drive consistent impact on your health and physique.
While it is highly recommended to workout in a nearby gym, my program can still be executed at home or wherever you are, as long as you have the minimum required equipment.
No! You don’t need to spend money to hire a personal trainer anymore. The daily workouts have clear descriptions and videos to be able to perform them by yourself. You will also be added to a limited exclusive Whatsapp members only group to motivate each other and get everyone up to speed.
The average workout time is around 50min-60min, depending on your experience and workout environment. The suggested schedule is 5 days followed by 2 rest days. However, you can modify the schedule based on your schedule / needs.
Once you subscribe, you will receive access to the following:
- A PDF consisting of structured 20 new workouts every month with clear video instructions.
- 1:1 Coaching session to discuss your fitness goals .
- Access to exclusive Whatsapp group only members community for motivation, regular guidance & direct support.
- Nutritional Guide that has all the tips on how to approach food without over analyzing and calculating calories.
- A direct support channel from our certified nutritionist for any Nutrition or Meal related questions.
You will need a few equipments to be able to perform the workouts:
- Must Have:
Barbell, Dumbbells in varying weights, Weight Plates, Adjustable Bench, Pull Up Bar, Suspension Trainer (TRX or Similar), Resistance Bands (and/or Cable Station) - Highly Recommended:
Kettlebells in varying weights & Equalizers.
For the monthly subscription, unfortunately we can’t refund because you automatically get access to all the materials for that month. However, if you subscribe for the 3 months or for the yearly package, we will only charge you the first month with the price of the monthly package and we will refund you back the rest of the duration if you decide to cancel within the first 7 days.
